Welcome to golf and workout information blog. Here I will give my personal insight into what works best for improving your golf score and staying fit and focused along the way. I personally have a low handicap and work hard on and off the course to keep it that way. It is interesting to see the various methods great golfers use to stay focused. The most important is to simplify. Keeping things simple allows for a consistent and repeatable golf swing. Which should be your top goal. I have worked hard with various training aids, books and instructors to achieve this and I am happy to pass my wisdom and experience on to you.
